MVP april: Andres Cifuentes

Andrés Cifuentes (TL Senior) was chosen as our MVP of the month for April, his charisma, commitment and dedication have always characterized him; providing the best support and assertive communication are his main objectives.

How would you describe your position?

As TL senior, I can highlight the decision-making and the integral support that I can provide to my work team; supervisor and models. I say work team because among the three of us (Senior) we recreate a space in which we interact and create proposals that allow us to actively improve.

Beyond the execution and decision making, there is the capacity of impact that I can generate among supervisors and models, especially in terms of the way in which they can address the challenges that arise and when creating new proposals for the changes that can be generated.

What is the key element to strengthen your work team?

Having a proper and assertive communication channel is very important, as it plays a significant role in my position, since I must communicate clearly and respectfully all decisions made in the production room.

What can you tell us about the development of your functions?

It should be noted that as Team Leader I am part of a line of work in which we are in charge of all aspects such as: assistance of models, show development, aesthetic proposals that are generated in practice for the search and execution of their profile as a model, the impact they can generate on their pages, and the growth in their production.

In addition to this, the opportunity to share the knowledge acquired through training, inductions and re-inductions provided to supervisors and models (new and old) in order to outline the quality and goals that the company has.
