We know how difficult it can be to face situations related to stress or work anxiety, so this time Karen our psychologist and MVP of the month of May shares with us a guide and some tips that can help you in these situations.

How do you usually cope with work stress?
Stress is a natural response to challenges. The work environment, in particular, is often accompanied by pressures and responsibilities that can generate uncomfortable or unpleasant feelings.
These feelings are intended to help you find solutions to the challenges you face. However, when you don't have resources to help you manage them in a healthy way, decision making can become a complicated process.
Habit 1, Disconnect:
For example, if you take between 20 to 30 minutes mindfully for your first meal of the day, the performance for the rest of the day would be much higher.
Habit 2, Limits:
Know when to say "NO." Start with personal limits (such as schedules, unplugging and eating).
Habit 3, Organization:
- Employ a "priority chart."

- Make a list of all those situations that cause you discomfort, you are going to rate it from 1 to 10.
- Identify daily problems and common worries or tensions.
- Major life changes or events.
- Life circumstances.
In case of an episode of stress in the room, remember:
1. Focus your gaze on a fixed point; bring your thought to a positive memory or situation, accompanied by deep breathing.
2. The energy of an orderly space releases the emotional charge. Tidy the space where you are.
3. On a timer program 3 min, to breathe consciously.
4. Favorite drink and receive sunshine.
Note:
Remember, if you find this process difficult do not hesitate to seek professional help from the human resources department and psychology area.
